Imaging+Imagining is pleased to now offer aerial photography and cinematography services. This suite of innovative services is base on state-of-the art technology for capturing and processing video and still imagery from cameras mounted on small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (sUAS) aka drones, and the delivery of pioneering real estate marketing media to agents, brokers, and their clients via the Internet. We use only FAA certified sUAS pilots so that you are assured that any aerial services are performed in compliance with current FAA regulations.
Aerial Photography
Stunning aerial imagery, using technology that allows for "picking the shot" during post production, so that you get a choice of which aspects of a property are featured from any particular vantage point.
Cinematic Video
Video sessions are carefully pre-planned, using state of the art automated flight tools, to assure that the video being captured tells the right story, and that the video is always smooth and cinematic.
Aerial Panoramas
Navigable panoramas provide a unique "bubble in the sky" for spacial visualization of a large property or hillside residence. Multiple panoramas can be linked into a tour, and are the best way to show off an estate property. Tours are delivered online and can be stand-alone or embedded in a web page.
